Drive safety excellence at Precision Drilling as a Management of Change Coordinator. In this on-site role, you’ll manage change processes that protect operational integrity and enhance compliance.

This position focuses on facilitating the Management of Change process, ensuring all changes are accurately assessed and documented. By collaborating with teams from Operations, HSE, and Engineering, you will support decision-making and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and manage the MOC process aligned with company standards
• Support cross-functional teams during MOC reviews
• Monitor and track timely completion of MOC actions
• Prepare risk assessments and report on MOC KPIs




• Enhance the SAP MOC system and participate in training initiatives

Requirements:
• 4-6 years of field or process work experience
• Relevant degree in Engineering or Safety is beneficial
• Working knowledge of drilling operations and MOC processes
• Solid organizational and communication capabilities
• Self-motivated with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
