Under the Project Manager's guidance, you'll create opportunities for stakeholder consultations and build trust among local communities, health facility administrators, and shopkeepers. This role emphasizes developing outreach strategies to promote solar energy and ensuring inclusive participation from women and marginalized groups. By mapping stakeholders and aligning engagement strategies, you will help strengthen Yemen's capacity in renewable energy access.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support community engagement for solar energy adoption
• Maintain communication with local leaders and stakeholders
• Conduct consultations that prioritize gender inclusion
• Document community insights regarding energy solutions
• Actively map key stakeholders in the renewable sector
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in stakeholder engagement
• Experience with MS Office and web-based tools
• Good understanding of the Yemeni context
• Proven work in multicultural & UN settings preferred
• Experience in organizing workshops and events
