Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee clinical and operational leadership in programs
• Collaborate on developing mental health intervention programs
• Support culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices
• Maintain effective communication with wellness teams
• Promote program improvements through data evaluation
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in clinical psychology or social work
• Five years of experience in child and youth mental health
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Indigenous health practices an asset
• Satisfactory Criminal Records Check required
