BayCare Health System seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider in St. Joseph's Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. You will collaborate with intensivists and cardiologists while caring for patients with cardiac conditions. This position includes 14-hour night shifts and requires a commitment to high-quality, family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill pediatric patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team
• Ensure clinical excellence in a quick-paced environment




• Maintain Medical Staff privileges as required
• Provide continuous monitoring for cardiovascular patients

Requirements:
• Masters in Nursing or Bachelors in Physician Assistant
• Advanced Practice RN License or PA License
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Preferred 3 years of critical care experience
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
