As a Contents & Cleaning Technician, you will play an important role in helping customers during difficult situations by caring for and restoring their belongings and assisting with emergency restoration work.

Position Summary This position involves packing, cleaning, moving, and restoring customer contents after property damage.

Team members also assist with warehouse organization, vehicle maintenance, and emergency mitigation services when needed.

This is a physically active role requiring attention to detail, teamwork, professionalism, and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities Pack, move, inventory, and transport customer belongings safely Clean and restore contents damaged by fire, water, smoke, or mold Perform detailed cleaning of residential and commercial properties Assist on emergency mitigation and restoration projects as needed Support the Mitigation Manager during downtime with:
