Qualifications Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (transportation industry experience is a significant asset) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English (recruiting drivers in Quebec and Ontario) Valid Class 1 FM driver''s licence Strong understanding of the truck driving profession, including LCV (Long Combination Vehicle)



operations Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously Ability to work independently with professionalism and sound judgment Strong interviewing, communication, and candidate assessment skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate the complete driver recruitment process.

Screen applications and conduct phone and in-person interviews.

Schedule and conduct road tests when required.

Prepare hiring documentation and coordinate the onboarding of recent drivers.

Work closely with Operations Managers to ensure recruitment meets operational staffing needs.

Represent Transport Bourassa at job fairs, recruitment events, and other employer branding activities.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
