If you like being hands-on , working close to production, and making sure every product meets the highest standards this role is for you Job Description Machine Operator (Day Shift) St-Hubert, Quebec Monday-Friday| 5:15am4pm Hourly rate from 25$/H to 30$/H Weekly Pay | Full Benefits What Youll Do Operate and monitor production equipment while maintaining quality standards Make machine adjustments, perform troubleshooting, diagnose issues, and carry out minor repairs to ensure the facilitys equipment operates efficiently The candidate will be trained on the day or night shift (training flexibility required) Complete setups and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime Use tools and measuring devices to maintain product specifications Complete daily production and maintenance reports Maintain a clean and safe workplace and follow safety regulations Communicate issues and priorities during shift change Qualifications What Were Looking For 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or automated production Strong industrial mechanical aptitude (electrical knowledge is a plus) Strong communication and teamwork Basic computer skills (ERP/Microsoft tools a plus) Concrete manufacturing experience is a plus (Masa, Hess, Columbia, etc.) Additional Information Career Growth and Recognition: At Techo-Bloc, we''re career builders.
