Job Responsibility:

-Source parts for customers by phoning suppliers and internet research

-Receive goods and verification of purchase orders against packing slips

-Respond and process part orders over the phone and at the counter

-Respond to customer inquiries and issues at the service counter

-Ensure that the parts department is clean, well-organized and functional

-Stock check for parts inventory and request purchase orders as required

-Complete the necessary work orders and customer orders for repairs or warranty items

-Assist in preparing shipments

-Paricipate in annual parts inventories, clean-up and preparation work

Job Types: Part-time, SeasonalContract length: 4 months

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 24 per week
