As a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator, you will leverage 2-3 years of relevant experience to oversee the preparation and verification of customer orders. You will coordinate shipments, inspect materials, and maintain accurate documentation. Ensuring that customer deliveries are timely and accurate will be vital for sustaining departmental growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, pick, pack, and verify customer orders
• Coordinate freight carriers and manage shipping schedules
• Perform second verification of orders prior to shipment




• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and transactions

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of shipping experience in manufacturing
• Experience with shipping documents and freight coordination
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills, ERP experience is a plus
• Forklift certification preferred but training available
