Elevate your career as a Maintenance Supervisor in Pulp Mill Operations, leading mechanical and electrical maintenance work in a high-hazard setting. Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and safety.

In this hands-on supervisory role, you will oversee skilled trades such as millwrights and electricians while planning and executing maintenance tasks. Your leadership will focus on minimizing downtime and maintaining safety practices such as LOTO and hazard assessments. Engage with production to align maintenance with operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise skilled trades personnel in maintenance tasks
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance




• Coordinate with production teams to enhance efficiency
• Lead safety initiatives and compliance protocols
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems

Requirements:
• Red Seal certification or similar technical qualifications
• Over 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory position
• Expertise in rotating equipment and process systems
• Familiarity with CMMS software
