This role supports financial management, governance, resource administration, and reporting across a diverse portfolio of technology projects. The position offers exposure to strategic technology investments and collaboration with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, Vendor Management, and technology stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.

Must Haves

10+ years in project controls , financial analysis , budgeting , or accounting within an Information Technology organization

Project governance , forecasting , accrual management , and project financial reporting

SAP , ServiceNow , Power BI , Fieldglass , and advanced Microsoft Excel

Change Requests , project schedule variance tracking, and project documentation coordination

Nice to Have

SharePoint administration

Microsoft Teams administration

Responsibilities

Support project budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the IT portfolio

Execute monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range planning processes including reconciliation, accrual management, variance analysis,



and reporting

Maintain Total Cost of Ownership throughout the project lifecycle

Assist Project Managers with Change Requests and impact assessments related to schedule, scope, resources, and budget

Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, contractor setup, and time-entry administration within Fieldglass

Process and validate transactions through SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce VRM, OpenInvoice, and other enterprise systems

Generate and maintain project financial and resource reporting using Excel and Power BI
