Application Information
In this role, you will:

Maintain and support Microsoft Teams Rooms and audio-visual meeting room systems;

Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize audio-visual technologies to ensure reliable user experiences;

Provide technical support for critical meetings and events;

Develop user documentation and training materials; and

Support the planning, implementation and upgrade of meeting room technology solutions.

Required:

diploma in information technology, computer systems technology or a related field;

three to five years of relevant experience supporting audio-visual technologies and IT systems;

equivalent combination of education and work experience considered; and

experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and other enterprise audio-visual systems.

Recommended:

experience supporting Crestron Audio Visual equipment; and





experience coordinating technology deployments.

Salary Range: $85,000-$107,000
