Young’s Equipment is looking for a motivated individual with the skills to manage our Parts Department at our Watrous location. We deliver exceptional customer service to a thriving agricultural community across our nine locations. The Role You Will Play:
Develop and maintain effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
Manage annual Parts Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives.
Maintain an inventory of parts that matches the requirements of the dealership and customers.
Work closely with staff to promote the importance of customer satisfaction; to build teamwork within the department to elevate dealership image to employees, customers and the community.
Provide a working environment free from recognized health and safety hazards in accordance with all Saskatchewan legislation requirements.
The Parts Manager will include him/herself in the scheduled rotation of working hours and on call duties.
Overtime and weekends are a requirement of the job.
An ideal candidate would possess previous parts experience and knowledge of agricultural equipment and practices.
Exceptional leadership, mentorship and team building skills.
Dynamic interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and precise communication (verbal/written) skills are essential.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
