Intent of the process The immediate intent of the process is to fill positions on a temporary basis (Term, acting or assignment) at Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED).
This process could also be used to establish a pool of qualified candidates and could be used to fill similar positions within the various Business Offices at Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED) with various official language proficiencies (French Essential, Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB), and using various staffing mechanisms (Indeterminate, Term extension, Term deployment, Secondment, Assignment).

Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED) intends to adopt a common hybrid work model where employees work at their designated worksite at least 4 days each week, as of July 6, 2026.
Those positions require on-site presence in accordance with the currency policy on the office attendance and also require the ability to travel within the territory covered by the business office to which the position is assigned.
Candidates must meet the essential qualifications to be appointed to a position.

Significant* experience in delivering funding programmes for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and/or non-profit organisations (NPOs), including business development, support and advisory services for entrepreneurs, analysis and formulation of recommendations regarding funding applications, as well as active management of a client portfolio.
