Build a pool of qualified, diverse, and up-to-date talent for project requirements.

Provide market intelligence and insights to inform recruitment strategies.

Assist with job postings, job descriptions, and recruitment-related materials.

Coordinate interviews and perform administrative tasks as needed.

Execute full cycle recruitment process for assigned portfolio and requisitions.

Apply best practices in interviewing and pre-selection.

Provide exceptional candidate experience.

Develop trust-based relationships with Hiring Managers.

Ensure optimal use of HR systems for traceability and data quality.

Contribute to or lead initiatives for continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition function.

Collaborate with HR partners and Hiring Managers to understand needs and develop strategies.

Select and evaluate candidates based on skills, cultural fit, and motivation.

Requirements: Bachelor''s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent discipline.

Professional working proficiency in French and English.





Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and client service, ideally in financial services or technology consulting.

Experience with Linked

In Recruiter and candidate outreach techniques.

Knowledge of equity, diversity, and inclusion principles.

Ability to effectively evaluate candidate skills and potential.

Preferred Skills: Experience in a data-quality-oriented environment (reporting, KPIs, dashboards).

Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform complex administrative tasks with precision and speed.

Initiative and ability to challenge the status quo for improvement.

Influence and communication skills to advise managers and maintain relationships.

Strong interest in delivering exceptional candidate/client experience.
