Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on application architecture, disaster recovery planning, and infrastructure integration.

Follow information security protocols and strictly adhere to the governance framework governing the platform''s applications.

What you will be doing: Incident & Issue Management: Investigate complex production issues and effectively coordinate resolution across stakeholders, clients, software vendors, and technology specialists to ensure timely remediation.

Deployment & Lifecycle Support: Support the product deployment lifecycle for new releases, system standards, and emergency patches.

Documentation & Knowledge Management: Prepare and maintain business continuity plans, technical architecture diagrams, and disaster recovery procedures.

Ensure support documentation remains accurate and published within prescribed bank tools.

Project & Migration Support: Provide production support for ongoing projects, providing timely status updates and risk reports.





Coordinate post-migration validation and end-to-end testing within the production environment.

Governance & Continuous Improvement: Participate in governance and audit initiatives, address non-compliance findings, participate in major incident situation reviews, and document post-incident reports.

Innovation: Contribute to the APS transformation by actively working to transform Business-As-Usual (BAU) and legacy support processes into an AI framework.

What you must have: Technical Experience 5+ Years: Unix Commands, Unix Scripting, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Web
