GENERAL LABORER Polyurethane Manufacturing POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer to join our polyurethane manufacturing team.
This hands-on role supports production operations through finishing work, material handling, and production assistance in a dynamic manufacturing environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Grind and polish polyurethane parts to meet quality specifications - Roll and prepare metal tubes for production processes - Build wooden crates and packaging materials for product shipment - Provide production support for polyurethane pouring operations - Assist with mold preparation and setup - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE - Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations QUALIFICATIONS - Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials - Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship - Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and techniques - Reliable attendance and punctuality - Ability to work in a team environment - Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is an asset - Comfort working with hand tools and basic equipment COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - Hourly wage: $20-25/hour based on experience - Group pension plan - Group insurance coverage - Punctuality bonus: $10/day for on-time attendance - Prospect to develop skills in specialized polyurethane manufacturing WORK ENVIRONMENT This position involves working in a manufacturing facility with exposure to polyurethane materials, machinery, and physical demands including standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day.
