Our client, a global leader in 3D CAD/CAM software solutions for the building and wood construction industries, is seeking a Technical Sales Representative.

Reporting to management, you will play a key role in providing technical support, training, development and guidance to North American clients in the use of their software.

Provide technical support and assist existing Canadian and American clients in the use and optimization of software solutions; Prepare proposals for the sale of software and complementary services Train new users in French and English; Conduct software demonstrations with potential clients; Represent the company at trade shows in North America; Create and update marketing tools and materials; Write technical documentation to support the development of recent features; Document bugs, follow up on fixes and collaborate with developers on validation; Develop new 2D and 3D libraries; Travel: 10% in Canada and the US.

Requirements: DEC with a solid foundation in computer-aided design; Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch

Up, etc.; Good knowledge of computer tools and Windows environment; Asset: Experience in construction or 3D modeling; Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Bilingual (clients in US).
