Tasks Prepare recipes by following established procedures and ingredient quantities.

Gather raw materials, verify expiration dates, and accurately weigh ingredients.

Operate and inspect production equipment before and during recipe preparation.

Mix ingredients according to manufacturing processes while adhering to quality and food safety standards.

Maintain adequate inventory levels of raw materials by returning unused products to storage and reporting replenishment needs.

Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements Good spoken French communication skills.

Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment,



preferably within the food industry.

Vocational Studies Diploma (DEP) or Attestation of Vocational Specialization (AEP) related to the food industry. 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.

Familiarity with food weighing procedures and conversion charts.
