About the Role Were hiring a Conversion Optimization Specialist to turn traffic into revenue for high-growth DTC brands.

In this role, youll own landing page and funnel testing across multiple Shopify-based storeshelping brands scale faster by turning insights into real results.

This is a full-time role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows what makes a page convert.

Youll collaborate with a lean, creative team where your tests dont just sit in a backlog they go live.

What Youll Do Youll drive CRO strategy and execution across several DTC brands by: Owning the CRO roadmap across Shopify-based brands Designing and running A/B tests on offers, pricing, layout, copy, and UX changes Auditing landing pages, PDPs, and checkout flows to identify friction points Prioritizing tests based on traffic, goals, and lift potential Using tools like Replo, Intelligems, and Shopify analytics to gather insights Sharing results with clear recommendationswhether to retest, roll out, or scale up Partnering with design, dev, and media teams to launch tests quickly and cleanly What Were Looking For Were looking for a data-driven optimizer who can balance creativity with execution.

Youll bring:
