En collaboration directe avec un architecte associ, tu seras impliqu activement dans la ralisation de projets varis institutionnels, commerciaux, rsidentiels. TON QUOTIDIEN Participer lensemble des phases des projets, de la programmation la livraison, en assurant le respect des chanciers, des budgets et des objectifs tablis; Coordonner les changes avec les clients afin de comprendre, structurer et documenter les besoins fonctionnels, techniques et rglementaires ; Assurer la coordination globale des projets entre les quipes internes, les consultants et les autres intervenants (ingnieurs, entrepreneurs, fournisseurs, autorits); Superviser llaboration des plans en tenant compte des besoins du client, des normes de construction et des enjeux environnementaux ; laborer la conception des plans et devis ; laborer la production de dtails techniques de construction ; Maintenir une attitude professionnelle auprs des clients et mettre en uvre des pratiques exemplaires en fournissant ses recommandations, informations et conseils ; Coordonner et prparer la production des documents techniques, des devis, soumissions et des prsentations ; Agir comme personne-ressource auprs des clients pour les questions gnrales et assurer une communication claire et efficace avec tous les intervenants du projet ; Assurer le suivi des travaux de construction en sassurant du contrle de la qualit et du respect de lchancier et du budget, selon les normes de NEUF architectes et du client. _______________________________ Founded in 1971, NEUF architectes is one of the largest and most diverse architecture and design firms in Canada.

YOUR ROLE Do you want to take part in ambitious projects and play a key role in shaping the future of our cities? NEUF is looking for an intermediate or senior architect to join its team in Montreal.

In direct collaboration with a partner architect, you will be actively involved in the delivery of a variety of institutional, commercial, and residential projects. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY Contribute to all phases of projects, from initial programming to project delivery, with responsibility for schedule, budget, and performance objectives ; Coordinate client communications in order to understand, structure, and document functional, technical, and regulatory requirements ; Oversee overall project coordination between internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders (engineers, contractors, suppliers, and authorities) ; Oversee the preparation of plans while ensuring alignment with client needs, building codes, and environmental considerations ; Develop the design of plans and specifications ; Produce technical construction details ; Maintain a professional attitude with clients and apply best practices by providing recommendations, information, and guidance ; Coordinate and prepare the production of technical documents, specifications, tenders, and presentations ; Act as the main client liaison for general matters while ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication among all project stakeholders ; Oversee construction work, ensuring quality control and compliance with the schedule and budget, in accordance with NEUFs standards and those of the client.
