En tant que Coordonnateur.trice - Oprations de trading , tu travailleras en troite collaboration avec nos traders et seras responsable des processus oprationnels qui soutiennent les activits quotidiennes de l''quipe.

Principales responsabilits Soutenir l''quipe de trading et les partenaires externes tout au long du cycle de vie des transactions en coordonnant les activits administratives et oprationnelles, du processus KYC jusqu'' la livraison des produits et la rconciliation.

Saisir et maintenir avec exactitude les informations relatives aux transactions dans l''ERP et les autres systmes internes.

Prparer, rviser et organiser les contrats d''achat et de vente, en veillant leur exactitude et leur conformit.

Vrifier la documentation lie aux transactions, maintenir une documentation organise et assurer le suivi des informations manquantes ou en suspens.

Grer l''ensemble du cycle de vie des contrats, incluant leur rdaction, leur rvision, leur excution, les amendements et les renouvellements, tout en assurant leur exactitude et leur conformit.

Collaborer avec les quipes internes afin de garantir que les transactions sont adquatement documentes et excutes.

Soutenir les traders dans la prparation de rapports, de documents et dans leurs besoins oprationnels quotidiens.

Identifier en continu des occasions d''amliorer les processus en misant sur l''optimisation des mthodes de travail, l''automatisation et les outils d''intelligence artificielle.

Effectuer toute autre tche administrative ou oprationnelle connexe.

Ce que nous recherchons Formation postsecondaire en administration des affaires, commerce, finance ou dans un domaine connexe.

De 1 3 ans d''exprience dans un rle en administration, oprations, finance ou soutien aux activits de trading.

Exprience de travail avec des contrats.

Excellentes aptitudes en organisation et souci du dtail exceptionnel.

Aisance travailler avec un ERP et Microsoft Excel.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Trading Operations Coordinator to support our trading team.

This role is essential to ensure the smooth execution and administration of our daily trading activities.

The Opportunity Join a growing environmental trading business where operations are at the heart of every successful transaction.

As a Trading Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with our traders, taking ownership of the operational processes that keep our business running efficiently.

Beyond supporting daily activities, you''ll have the opportunity to improve workflows,



leverage AI and automation, and help scale our operations as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities Support the trading team and external stakeholders, throughout the trade lifecycle by coordinating administrative and operational activities from KYC to delivery of product and reconciliation.

Enter and maintain accurate trade information within the ERP and other internal systems.

Prepare, review and organize purchase and sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Verify trade documentation, maintain organized records, and follow up on outstanding information.

Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, execution, amendments, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure trades are properly documented and executed.

Support traders with reporting, document preparation and other day-to-day operational needs.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows by leveraging process optimization, automation and AI tools.

Perform other related administrative and operational duties as required.

What We''re Looking For Post-secondary studies in business administration, Commerce, Finance or a related field. 13 years of experience in an administrative, operations, finance, or trading support role.

Experience working with contracts.

Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Curious mindset with a strong interest in technology, automation and AI-driven process improvement.

Comfortable working with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

Professional level of English and French.
