Senior Developer- Microsoft Dynamics ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Location: Montreal, Canada Type: Full-time Department: Technology ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Developer with expertise in building enterprise-level applications using Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps to support one of our premier clientsa leading global financial institution.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and will have significant experience with the architecture, design, and development of applications on Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform, along with solid communication skills.

The candidate will work on core platform engineering initiatives, including security, resiliency, scalability, observability, product upgrades, and data integrations between Dynamics and on-prem systems as needed.

Responsibilities Partner with Product

Owners and businessstakeholders to gatherrequirements, perform technicalanalysis, and developimplementation plans.

Design and definescalable, secure, andmaintainable solution architecturesfor Microsoft Dynamics365 and Power

Platform applications.

Collaborate with Security, Identity Management, Networking, Exchange/Email, and Central

Power Platform Engineeringteams to ensurea stable, secure, and sustainable platform.

Provide technical leadership to business-aligned development squads by: Guiding solution design and architecture

Reviewing code and platform configurations

Developing reusable components, shared services, and automation

Driving Dev

Ops bestpractices and CI/CD adoption acrossteams Develop and enhance

Microsoft Dynamics 365Customer Engagement solutionsusing an iterative

Agile delivery approach,



ensuring comprehensiveunit,integration, and regressiontesting.

Design and implementintegrations with enterprisesystems using Azure

Service Bus, Azure

Data Factory, Azure

Logic Apps, and

Dynamics 365 datamigration capabilities.

Enable and supportAI-powered capabilities through

Microsoft AI Builderand Copilot Studiointegrations.

Build and maintainCI/CD pipelinesusing Git

Hub Actionsto supportautomated deployments andplatform governance.

Support production releases, troubleshoot issues, andprovide ongoingoperationalsupport to ensurehigh platform availabilityand reliability.

Continuously identify opportunitiesto improve platformperformance, scalability, security, and developerproductivity.

Eligibility Requirements 7+ years ofsoftware engineering experience, including hands-ondevelopment of enterpriseapplications.

Bachelor''s degree in

Computer Science ora related field.

Experience with Microsoft

Dynamics 365 Customer

Engagement.

Experience with Power

Apps, Power Automate, plug-ins, andrelated architecture anddesign practices.

Experience with Azureservices, including Azure

Data Factory, Service Bus, AzureSQL, Logic Apps, and Azure Key

Vault.

Experience with Copilot

Studio.

Experience with Git

HubActions for CI/CD and C#/.NET.

Experience workingin Agile developmentenvironments.

Strong problem-solvingand troubleshooting skillswith sound technicaljudgment.





Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.

Comfortable interactingdirectly with businessusers atalllevels.

Nice to Have Certificationsin Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or
