Job Description Reporting to the Business Performance Specialist,the Business

Performance Analyst plays a key role in improving operational efficiency and cost performance across Quebec Recycling.

Through data analysis and performance monitoring, this role deliversaccurate, actionable insights that support operational decision-making andidentifyoptimization opportunities.

You willwork closely withoperations teams and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable analysis and drive performance improvements across the network.

What youre responsible for: Monitor andanalyseoperational performance metricsrelated to cost, productivity,efficiencyandservice levels.

Conduct variance analysis on operational andlogisticscostsand forecast,identifyingkey drivers and improvement opportunities.

Develop andmaintaindashboards and recurring performance reports using Excel and Power BI.

Consolidateandvalidatedata related to production, inventory flows, and transportation movements to ensureaccurateand reliable reporting.

Identifyperformance gaps across operations andlogisticsflows and provide analysistosupport corrective action plans Work with thestakeholdersto implement and track postimplementation improvement.





Partner with site managers and operational teams to improveproductionefficiency, assetutilization, turnaround times, and cost management.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness, internal efficiency, and costoptimization.

Provide analytical support for ad hoc projects related to operational performance and network efficiency across Quebec Recycling.

Qualifications To join our team: Bachelor''s degree in operations, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. 25 years of experience in operations analysis, industrial performance monitoring,logistics, or a related analytical role.

Experience in manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, or asset-intensive, multi-site environments, is preferred.

Strong understanding of operational cost structures and performance drivers, including logistics-related components.

Proven experience in KPI monitoring, variance analysis, and performance reporting.

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data structuring); experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is an asset.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Proactive and autonomous, with the ability to work in a dynamic operational environment.

Strong communicationskills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

High levelof professionalism and confidentiality.

Bilingual(French and English).
