Financial Governance: Manage financial tracking for IT projects and programs, including budgets, actuals, forecasts, commitments, and Capex/Opex classification.

Reporting: Develop and present financial reports, budget forecasts, quarterly re-baselines, and weekly status reports. KPI Management: Define, track, and present performance indicators related to costs, schedules, and deviations.

Project Support: Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and resource capacity tracking.

Procurement: Manage procurement activities including purchase requests (PR), purchase orders (PO), and invoice approvals.

Documentation: Maintain project documentation, approvals, and Share

Point sites according to Project Management Framework (PMF) standards.

What you must have: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a PCO.

Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically as a PCO Programme / Portfolio.





Experience working on large-scale programs/projects ($20M+).

Financial Acumen: Solid background in financial governance, including accruals, year-end rollovers, and multi-year commitments.

Technical Skills Expertise in MS Project.

Knowledge of SAP environments (Robust Asset).

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, proactive approach, analytical mindset, and ability to influence stakeholders in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
