Eagle's Nest Youth Ranch is recruiting for a FT EA for the 2026/2027 school year. We are an organization dedicated to working with vulnerable youth who are experiencing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. We are currently seeking Full Time Education Assistant to work in our classrooms for the 2026/2027 School Year Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.

As an Education Assistant, you will work under the guidance and supervision of the classroom teacher. You will be required to: Promote an atmosphere of respect for students and adults

Provide a positive, caring and safe school environment
Demonstrate ethical and confidential behavior
Show patience and understanding towards students




Makes a positive contribution to the school's functions and activities
Carry out teacher directed activities to reach the student's established goals

Qualifications: Legally entitled to work in Canada

Ability to develop strong, positive relationships with the students

Ability to work as a team member of the Education Staff

Prior related work experience, education, and additional skills will be taken into consideration (e.g. woodworking, mechanical, music).

Mandatory employment requirements: Transparent Criminal Record Clearance with a vulnerable sector check

Valid Class 5 Drivers License
Valid First Aid/CPR-C
