Key Responsibilities:

- Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model
- Educate on AE & Aerie products effectively
- Introduce the AEO loyalty program enthusiastically
- Flexibly assist in Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom
- Proactively resolve guest concerns maintaining policy

Requirements:

- Passionate about interacting with customers
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail experience preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Strong integrity and teamwork mentality
