With eight years of HR business partnering experience, you will guide human capital decisions and develop strategies that enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and implement HR priorities in line with business strategies
- Consult with leaders to forecast human capital requirements
- Provide guidance on compensation, recruitment, and development




- Apply change management principles for organizational adjustments
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout the client groups

Requirements:

- Undergraduate Degree in Human Resource Management
- 8 years of HR business partnering experience
- Knowledge of North American HR practices
- Proficiency with ERP systems, especially Success Factors
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills
