In this senior role, you will develop and optimize LOM plans while integrating geological and operational insights into effective strategy designs. With 15+ years of mining experience, you'll provide technical leadership and direction for reserve development and project expansions, engaging with stakeholders across various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead development of Life-of-Mine plans aligned with corporate goals
- Direct mine planning studies and economic analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders for integrated long-range plans




- Conduct evaluations for mining project expansions
- Monitor Joint Venture mining aspects and provide internal reporting

Requirements:

- Degree in Mining or Geological Engineering
- 15+ years at operating mine sites in planning role
- Extensive experience in underground mining
- Familiarity with NI-43-101 mining standards
- Proficiency in mining software: Deswik or Vulcan
