Tasks Manage a team of 10 or more Ambassadors.

Organize daily operations.

Ensure service quality and excellence.

Provide ongoing training and coaching to Ambassadors to continuously improve the customer experience.

Resolve challenging situations and support the airport operations team.

Approve schedule changes.

Prepare for and assist management during weekly meetings.

Welcome, direct, and inform YUL passengers.

Conduct performance evaluations for Ambassadors.

Maintain consistent verbal and written communication with the entire team and management.

Perform various administrative tasks (attendance tracking, shift report follow-up, employee file management, procedure updates, timesheets, etc.).

Make schedule adjustments as needed.

Participate in project development initiatives.

Answer calls on the supervisors'' phone line.

Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management (performance management, motivation, coaching, logistics, work organization, etc.).

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Availability to work day and evening shifts between Sunday and Saturday.

Fully bilingual in French and English to effectively communicate with English-speaking customers approximately 50% of the time.
