Join Our Team as a Data Engineer in Windsor, ON Are you a self-motivated Data Analytics, Quality, and Process Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity? Stellantis Testing & Analysis North America (TANA) is seeking a talented individual to join our team remotely, with a focus on procedure documentation, efficiency assessments, and implementation of lean process methodologies.

This contract position offers the chance to work on creative projects aimed at quality improvements and cost reductions.

Requirements Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited university.

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in process improvement techniques for Key Performance Indicators (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale).

Experience with full process quality deployment and optimization in a high-paced production or test environment.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience with engineering standard measurement techniques and tools (MS Office Suite, Minitab, SPC, distributions, etc.).

Experienced with developing MS Excel macros.

Proficiency with DFSS/DMAIC/Six-Sigma and Root-cause analysis tools (PFMEA, 8D, 5S, Kaizen, Gage R&R;, ANOVA, ISO-17025).





Preferences Master of Science degree from an ABET accredited university.

Experience in project management including MS Project.

Strong facilitation, mentoring, and coaching skills working with individuals and groups.

Demonstrated experience communicating effectively to senior-level management.

Proficiency with relational databases (i.e., DB2) and ability to write SQL statements.

Experience with developing code in C/C++ or Java is a plus.
