As a Mobile Software Engineer, iOS, you will design and deliver accessible, user-centered mobile solutions that improve how individuals and families interact with their benefits.
Position Responsibilities: Design and develop intuitive, mobile-first iOS applications that are accessible and easy to use Translate product requirements and user stories into clean, maintainable, and well-tested code Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and performant Integrate mobile applications with backend services, APIs, and external data sources Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues to improve application performance and reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Quality Engineering to deliver customer-focused solutions Participate in design discussions, pair programming, and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards Continuously learn and apply new technologies to enhance the user experience Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience building iOS applications that integrate with remote services and APIs 1+ years of experience developing user interfaces using SwiftUI Solid understanding of iOS application architecture, performance optimization, and mobile security principles 1+ years of experience using version control systems (e.g., Git; Git
Hub preferred) Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Git
Hub Actions Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices, with a commitment to building products that work for diverse users Preferred Qualifications:

Referenced Salary Location Waterloo, Ontario Working Arrangement Hybrid Salary range is expected to be between $86,100.00 CAD - $136,100.00 CAD Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
