Location: Hybrid - Minimum onsite requirements 3 days per week Salary Range: 72 CAD/hr Introduction We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our QA team supporting financial applications on the IBM iSeries (AS/400) platform.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about software quality and eager to grow in a fast-paced, regulated financial environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. 02 years of experience in software testing or QA, preferably in a financial services workplace.

Familiarity with IBM iSeries (AS/400) tools and environments (e.g., SEU, PDM, DB2/400).

Understanding of QA methodologies and financial data validation.

Prior work experience at client or in client''s industry.

Basic knowledge of SQL and financial reporting systems.





Exposure to financial systems such as core banking, payment processing, or investment platforms.

Experience with RPG, ILE RPG or CL programming.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Conduct software testing and QA activities to ensure application quality.

Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and design test plans.

Assist in the automation of test processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
