The Team Lead will act as a '' player/coach'' , having overall responsibility for developing a comprehensive product delivery strategyto drive adoption of digital receivables products,and development ofmarket leading order to cash solutionsthatreducesthe cost and complexity of managing receivables and improvesthe DSOfor our clients in the US and Canada.

The Lead will manage the

Digital Receivables team responsible for Bill Pay, Payment Aggregation, Consolidated and Integrated

Receivablesand Health Care Receivables.

The Team Lead will play a critical role inestablishingoperating rhythms, coordinating across stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies, and enabling leadership to focus on strategic outcomes.

The role requires a blend of strategic insight, operationalexpertise, and strong interpersonal skills to navigate the complexities of the Transaction Banking transformation landscape.

Specific responsibilities include: Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the

Digital

Receivables Product team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.

Act as an industry consultant by critically evaluating legacy processes and established practices, offering strategic insights into sector operations, and proactively challenging the status quo to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

Oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines includingestablishingand managing internal product factory forums, reporting processes, and performance dashboards to track progress, risks, and benefits realization alongside the Transformation Office Delivery team Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), using data-driven approaches to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement.

Anticipate and manage risks, ensuringtimelyescalation, issue resolution, and compliance with internal policies.

Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate client feedback into process improvements.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to offer relevant advice and solutions.





Lead meetings to understand customers needs and develop business relationships within client accounts.

Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform product development.

Skills/Qualificationsrequired: Previous team supervisory experience is required. 10+ years of business experience andexpertisein Transaction Banking across the mid-market and large corporate client segments (including strong knowledge of banking technologies, platforms, etc.) 7+ years of experience as a product manager with deep knowledge ofUS and Canadian paymentsystems.

Experience working in a multinational environment, with an understanding of global markets and cross-border transaction banking Solid project management skills, with experience in overseeing complex projects and ensuringtimelydelivery of outcomes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data andprovideactionable insights Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing circumstances Superlative emotional intelligence, problem solving, and team building skill Desired Qualifications: Experience in the financial technology (Fin

Tech) industry.
