Qualifications The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading engineering teams, working on web scale, distributed systems A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience building massively distributed systems, managing engineering teams of up to 20 engineers and leaders (both development and quality). A deep technical understanding to influence and own the technical roadmap for your domain.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

An entrepreneurial attitude and full understanding of what it takes to operate in a very energetic, fast-paced and results oriented environment.

Prior successful experience leading large scale change management. A proven track record for product delivery. A compelling leadership style that includes exceptional people management skills and a track record of grooming high-performance teams.
