Point ISC Developer with solid expertise in Sail

Point Identity Security Cloud (ISC)/Identity

Now and Identity & Access Management (IAM).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Sail

Point ISC solutions, application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, access governance, and workflow automation while ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards.

Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and administer Sail

Point Identity Security Cloud (ISC)/Identity

Now solutions.

Configure and manage factory application onboarding and application integrations with Sail

Point ISC.

Design and implement identity lifecycle management, user provisioning, and access governance solutions.

Develop and configure workflows for provisioning, access requests, approvals, and identity management.

Automate user provisioning and access management processes.

Troubleshoot complex identity, access, and provisioning issues.

Analyze audit logs, compliance reports, and access reviews to ensure adherence to security policies.

Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, and security teams to integrate enterprise applications with Sail

Point ISC.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides,



SOPs, and operational procedures.

Stay current with Sail

Point ISC/Identity

Now features, IAM best practices, and security standards.

Required Skills & Experience 8 10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) .

Strong hands-on experience with Sail

Point Identity Security Cloud (ISC)/Identity

Now .

Experience in application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance.

Strong understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).

Experience configuring workflows, connectors, and application integrations.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of security best practices, compliance, and audit requirements.

Experience with Python or Power

Shell scripting is preferred.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and in Agile environments.
