Your new role As a Senior Corporate Law Clerk, you will be part of a shared service model supporting private equity lawyers across a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.

In this role, you will: Support corporate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, restructurings, and ongoing corporate maintenance Draft and review corporate documents, resolutions, and deal materials Manage minute books and corporate records across multiple entities and jurisdictions Assist with due diligence, closings,



and postclosing matters Collaborate with a centralized legal team, working within a shared workflow model across multiple lawyers and files Liaise with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and crossborder teams Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency within a fastpaced setting What you''ll need to succeed A minimum of 4 years of strong experience as a corporate law clerk (private equity or transactional exposure strongly preferred) A detailoriented, highly organized approach with the ability to manage multiplepeting deadlines Experience supportingplex, highvolume deal environments Confidence working independently while also thriving in a teambased, shared workload model Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills A proactive, solutionsoriented mindset with high levels of professionalism and discretion What you''ll get in return $130,000$160,000 base salary, plus bonus potential 34 weeks vacation (based on experience) RRSP contribution of up to 6% employer match (prorated in year one) Hybrid work model (3 days onsite) A collaborative, performancedriven environment with strong team culture and social engagement
