Responsibilities: Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.

Draft and review legal documents such as separation agreements, parenting plans, and court pleadings.

Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.

Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and decision-making.





Negotiate settlements and collaborate with opposing counsel to resolve disputes efficiently.

Prepare for and participate in court hearings, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.

Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with legal standards and deadlines.

Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and empathy.

Stay current with developments in family law legislation and jurisprudence.
