Solid technical knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), database management, and tools like Jira/Service
Now/Azure Dev
Ops is essential.
You''ll manage stakeholder coordination, incident resolution, and governance reporting to ensure 99%+ environment availability.
Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce landscapes and ITIL certification are preferred.
