Inc Introduction We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives across Capital Markets.

The role involves partnering with business, risk, engineering teams, and external vendors to drive end-to-end execution of programs including platform modernization, regulatory commitments, and infrastructure upgrades.

The successful candidate will ensure solid governance, transparency, and alignment to enterprise standards while enabling timely and high-quality delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications 8 years of project/program management experience in large-scale technology environments Proven track record delivering complex, multi-team initiatives (infrastructure, application, or transformation programs)
