Required Skills & Qualifications Experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Salesforce Developer supporting enterprise Salesforce environments.
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform, including production support and backend administration.
Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders with minimal supervision.
Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and maintain platform stability.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Provide production support for the Salesforce.com platform and the backend administration applications that support its functionality.
Deliver day-to-day technical and operational support to business users, ensuring platform availability and optimal performance.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure technology solutions align with business requirements.
Support multiple business units by maintaining Salesforce applications and client interaction automation solutions.
Monitor and support production application systems, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, resolution, escalation, and reporting.
Independently investigate, analyze, and resolve application and production issues.
Work closely with Agile delivery teams and technical support partners to understand, prioritize, and resolve issues reported by business users.
Coordinate with third-party vendors to implement solutions, resolve incidents, and maintain application stability.
Document business issues, root cause analyses, and the solutions implemented.
Define and validate requirements for production support, including data flows, workflows, business processes, interface designs, system controls, inputs, outputs, and integrations.
Ensure smooth transition of new applications and enhancements into the production support workplace.
