This role manages end-to-end release coordination and execution across enterprise stakeholders, ensuring delivery of features, risk mitigation, and optimized financial performance.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 4 days onsite Duration: 16 months Must Haves 10+ years delivering Credit Card features using Agile within cross-functional teams 5+ years managing data conversions within credit card programs 5+ years presenting status, risks, issues, mitigations,



and financial performance to senior leadership Strong financial management and analytical skills supporting complex initiatives Post-secondary education (degree or diploma) Nice to Have Certified SAFE Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFE Program Consultant (SPC), Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or Agile certifications Experience within banking, financial institutions, or organizations offering credit card services Responsibilities Facilitate release coordination and execution across enterprise stakeholders Manage and optimize value flow through Agile Release Trains using structured processes Establish and communicate Program Increments (PIs) and facilitate readiness sessions and demos Coordinate feature deployment considering dependencies, sequencing, and architecture Oversee and guide delivery teams to ensure timelines, KPIs, and SLAs are met Escalate impediments, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement within delivery operations
