Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 2-3 days per week onsite) Pay rate: 55/hr-60/hr Duration: 6-12 Months Introduction We are seeking an experienced professional with strong Salesforce expertise to support testing activities within a complex enterprise Salesforce environment.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), strong Salesforce platform knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, Salesforce teams, and technical delivery teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a UAT Lead, Test Lead, QA Lead, or Business Analyst with Salesforce testing experience.

Robust hands-on experience leading UAT activities within Salesforce environments.

Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations.

Experience developing UAT strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.

Strong experience managing defects and coordinating resolution with technical teams.





Preferred Skills & Qualifications Previous experience supporting Salesforce implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or related).

Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow automation, APIs, and third-party integrations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for Salesforce applications, including planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, developers, product owners, and project managers to validate Salesforce solutions against business requirements.

Review business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create comprehensive test scenarios, test plans, and test cases.
