Job Description Core Skills: Amazon Web Service (AWS) Cloud Computing Kubernetes Essential Skills: More than 5 years of Kubernetes experience with at least 2 years on AKS in production.
Robust knowledge of Kubernetes internals scheduling, networking, storage, RBAC.
Experience with Helm, customize, and Git
Ops workflows (Flux
ArgoCD).
Proficiency in Azure CNI networking and AKS private cluster configuration.
Hands-on experience with ACR, managed identities, and Key Vault integration. CI/CD pipeline experience with Azure Dev
Ops or Git
Hub Actions.
Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Dev
Ops Engineer Expert (AZ-400) preferred.
Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Power
Shell.
Role Description: Design and deploy Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters with private cluster configurations, managed identities, and RBAC.
Configure AKS networking Azure CNI, Kubernetes, internal load balancers, and ingress controllers (AGIC, NGINX).
Integrate AKS with Azure Container Registry (ACR), Key Vault via CSI driver, and Azure Monitor for containers.
Manage Helm chart deployments, namespaces, resource quotas, and pod security policies.
Implement node pool autoscaling, cluster upgrades, and blue-green deployment strategies.
Harden AKS environments policy enforcement (Azure PolicyOPA Gatekeeper), network policies, and image scanning.
Build and maintain CICD pipelines for containerized workloads using Azure Dev
Ops or Git
Hub Actions.
Troubleshoot cluster and workload issues, including networking, DNS, resource constraints, and crashes.
Develop runbooks and operational documentation for AKS platform management.
Coordinate with application teams to onboard workloads onto the AKS platform.
Nice to have Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or CKAD certification.
Experience with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd) on AKS.
Exposure to multi-cluster and multi-region AKS architectures.
