Job Description This is a remote position.

Job Title: Lead Instructional Designer Position Summary We are seeking aLead Instructional Designerwith extensive experience designing enterprise learning solutions for digital, virtual, and instructor-led environments.

This role will lead the end-to-end development of learning programs, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive instructional design best practices to deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning solutions.

Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and develop effective learning strategies.

Create instructional materials including curricula, storyboards, facilitator guides, learner guides, assessments, job aids, and multimedia content.

Provide guidance on instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning technologies.

Manage multiple learning initiatives, project timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Oversee content publishing, maintenance, and reporting within Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Evaluate learning effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to support continuous improvement.

Mentor junior instructional designers and contribute to learning governance, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications Bachelor''s degree, diploma,



or equivalent professional experience in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Education, Organizational Development, or a related discipline. 8+ yearsof experience designing and developing enterprise learning solutions, including instructor-led, virtual, and web-based training. 5+ yearsof experience leading or managing instructional design projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Advanced experience with

Articulate 360(Rise and Storyline) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word and Power

Point.

Exceptional instructional writing, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality learning solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or other eLearning authoring and multimedia development tools.

Audio and video production/editing experience.

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), xAPI/SCORM, and learning analytics.

Familiarity with AI-assisted content development and up-to-date digital learning technologies.

Basic scripting, programming, or multimedia development experience is considered an asset.
