Point Identity Governance Administration (IGA).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating IAM applications, designing and executing automated test frameworks, and ensuring high-quality software delivery through comprehensive functional and automation testing.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 8 10 years of experience in Software Testing with a strong focus on QA Automation.
Hands-on experience with Selenium Web
Driver and Cucumber (BDD) framework.
Good knowledge of Sail
Point Identity Governance Administration (IGA) .
Experience creating test strategies, test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, user lifecycle management, access provisioning, and identity governance.
Experience in functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
Strong debugging, defect tracking, and root cause analysis skills.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Cucumber .
Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements.
Execute functional, regression, integration,
and end-to-end testing for IAM applications.
Validate Sail
Point IGA workflows, user provisioning, role management, access requests, certifications, and identity lifecycle processes.
Coordinate and manage end-to-end testing activities across multiple project phases.
Identify, log, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools.
Perform root cause analysis and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Ensure test execution meets defined quality standards and project timelines.
Prepare test execution reports, dashboards, and quality metrics for stakeholders.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, product owners, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Continuously improve automation frameworks, testing processes, and QA best practices.
Preferred Skills Experience with IAM platforms such as Sail
Point IdentityIQ or Identity
Now.
Knowledge of API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
Experience with SQL and database validation.
Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure Dev
Ops, or Git
Hub Actions.
Familiarity with Jira, ALM, or other test management tools.
Knowledge of security testing and Identity Governance best practices.
