Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (10+ years) to lead infrastructure modernization using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft , and hybrid cloud environments Join a team driving enterprise infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation initiatives within a highly regulated financial services workplace.

This role focuses on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft , hybrid infrastructure, automation, security remediation, and operational stability across large-scale enterprise systems.

The position provides ownership over infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption strategies, and complex enterprise support initiatives.

This is an initial 3-month engagement with potential conversion to permanent hire.

Must Haves 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure , systems engineering , and senior systems administration Advanced administration of Microsoft Azure , Microsoft , hybrid cloud , Entra ID , and Active Directory Advanced Power

Shell scripting, infrastructure automation , and Infrastructure-as-Code Administration of Windows Server // , VMware vSphere , Hyper-V , DNS ,



and DHCP Experience supporting enterprise environments with 1,+ users Nice to Have Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-) Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Microsoft Enterprise Administrator Expert Cybersecurity, compliance, and governance experience within regulated industries Financial services, banking, mortgage, or lending industry experience Responsibilities Design, implement, and support enterprise-scale Windows Server and Azure infrastructure Lead Microsoft administration, governance, optimization, and security initiatives Architect and administer Azure services including virtual machines, networking, storage, backup, identity, and monitoring Develop Power

Shell automation to streamline operational tasks and reduce manual effort Lead infrastructure patching, lifecycle management, system upgrades, and platform modernization efforts Partner with cybersecurity teams on vulnerability remediation, compliance controls, and audit readiness Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior infrastructure team members
