Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the implementation of a new social media enablement platform.

This role will drive platform onboarding, migration, stakeholder engagement, change management, and user adoption while ensuring successful program delivery in a regulated environment.

Contract: 10 months Hybrid: 1 day onsite per week (Wednesday) Location: Toronto, ON The Main Responsibilities include the following; Lead the implementation and migration of a new social media platform.

Manage program planning, governance, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communications.

Drive change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.

Coordinate multiple workstreams and provide executive status reporting.

Partner with business, compliance,



and marketing teams to ensure successful delivery.

Must Have Skills include the following; 5-7 years of program/project management experience.

Experience leading large-scale platform implementation or migration projects.

Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience supporting change management and business transformation initiatives.

Strong organizational and program governance skills.

Nice to Have include the following; PMP certification.

Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.

Experience with social media management platforms.
