We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Painter and Painter Prepper to join our manufacturing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, mixing, and applying coatings to manufactured parts while maintaining quality standards, safety requirements, and production targets.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00/hour Afternoon Shift: Monday Thursday, 4:30 PM 2:30 AM Painter Key Responsibilities Select and mix coating paints to achieve the required color and finish specifications.

Prepare and maintain spray equipment, including cleaning, adjusting, and troubleshooting spray guns.

Apply coatings using approved painting techniques while maintaining required film thickness and quality standards.

Read and understand technical documents, including paint mixing procedures, work instructions, and equipment maintenance requirements.

Clean spray equipment daily using solvents or other approved cleaning solutions.

Maintain the paint mixing room in a clean, organized, and safe condition.

Properly use, inspect, and maintain respirators and breathing air supply systems.

Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Work closely with area leads and supervisors while demonstrating the ability to work independently when required.

Meet established productivity and performance expectations.

Assist with other duties related to the paint department as assigned.

Paint Prepper Key Responsibilities Load parts and components onto paint racks according to production requirements.

Inspect parts for damage, contamination,



or defects before processing.

Ensure parts are properly positioned and secured for the painting process.

Unload painted parts and move materials to designated areas.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.

Assist with general production and material handling duties as required.

Work efficiently to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications Previous industrial painting experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and procedures.

Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Mechanical aptitude and ability to maintain painting equipment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods.

Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including respirators.

Ability to lift, carry, and handle parts and materials throughout the shift.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
