Job Description As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a4phased program to learn every aspect of our business from shipping and receiving, to sales, operations, purchasing, accountmanagementand everything in between.

Additionalduties will include: Phase 1 -Warehouseand Customer Service A focus on warehousing procedures, shipping and receiving, and counter support for customer transactions.

Phase 2Customer Relationships and Procurement A focus on customer problem solving, relationship building with customers and vendors,and providing world class service.

Phase 3Account Management and Proactive Sales A focus on business development and sourcing sales, expanding the customer base of thebusinessand creating strong customer partnerships.

Phase 4Leadership and Operations A focus on developingleadership competencies, supporting the team through coaching and mentoring, and setting vision and strategy.
